XFusion offers a 24-month warranty on all suspension products, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is exclusively available to the original owner and is non-transferable.

To submit a warranty claim, please ensure you provide the following:

1. Proof of purchase within the 24-month warranty period.
2. A picture of product serial number.
3. A picture of yellow decal on defected cartridge (for XFusion Manic dropper warranty cases).

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and expires exactly 24 months later.
